Since 1979, Mr. Victoroff’s law practice has involved intellectual property, photography, publishing, movie, music, software and visual art contracts, litigation, trials and appeals in state and Federal courts. He is a Certified by the California State Bar as a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) provider. He is a guest lecturer on Intellectual Property Law at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and a frequent author of scholarly articles and books on intellectual property law.
